Chief Olson
OOC SOP in review from union members.
OOC Liaison needed ASAP
ALTS- Email out to body to see for interest. Time is covered for 2 people to go from Chief.
Open the ability to work OVERTIME as a Medic for non-medics ranks with certification.
15 badged paramedics per shift. 37 currently 45 is proposed hopefully in 2019.
Squad does not change with BLS or ALS.
Union
ICMA retirement board issues. Three did put in to be on the pension board. Chief will find answers if people with 457 have a vote and or can be on the board, or is it just people with  401.
508 issue handled within the city by a Chief email explaining that the union owns the truck.
Laterals medics that are FFII, are they assigned with a LT or roving.  Chief response was that each BC has explanations with what they are doing with laterals and have the latitude to assign shift positions accordingly.
C shift station bid for firefighters, chief will find out today and notify Eboard.
Captains negotiations, should start quick. Second week of November send letter about Captains negations.
